Supporting Your Nervous System Through Holistic Bodywork and Somatic Care
Integrative Massage and Somatic Therapy in Nashville, TN
My Approach
I offer both somatic therapy and therapeutic massage as distinct, stand-alone services, each designed to support your wellbeing in different ways. While both honor the mind–body connection, they are offered separately and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
My somatic therapy work is grounded in Transformative Touch, a method endorsed by the United States Association of Body Psychology (USABP). Through gentle, body-based practices and supportive dialogue, I help clients develop body awareness, regulate their nervous systems, and build emotional resilience.
My massage practice focuses on relieving physical tension, supporting relaxation, and restoring balance in the body through skilled, attentive touch. Each session is guided by presence, careful listening, and respect for your comfort and boundaries.
My overall approach is grounding, integrative, and deeply client-centered. As a licensed bodyworker since 2017 and certified somatic therapist since 2024, I bring both professional skill and genuine compassion to every session, creating a calm, supportive space for healing and restoration.
What is Somatic Therapy?
A fully clothed, 50-minute body-centered session that blends guided dialogue, gentle touch, and somatic awareness. Together we explore how emotions, stress, and life experiences are held in the body, supporting nervous system regulation and deeper self-connection. While this work can complement psychotherapy, it is not talk therapy.
Rather than traditional massage techniques, these sessions emphasize slowing down, building nervous system awareness, and safely exploring the connection between emotional experience and the body. This work supports greater self-awareness, regulation, and a deeper sense of connection within yourself.
