Hi, I’m Grace
My passion for bodywork was born from personal experience. After years of chronic pain and unexplained ailments that even top specialists couldn’t resolve, I found my first real relief through regular bodywork. That transformative experience opened my eyes to the profound power of touch and its role in sustainable healing.
Originally from New Jersey, I moved west nearly a decade ago to study at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies. Since then, I’ve continued advanced training in Somatic Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, myofascial and nervous system-informed bodywork, and jaw-focused Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT) to support chronic pain, TMJD, and overall nervous system health.
Outside the treatment room, I enjoy traveling, seeing live music, and spending meaningful time with loved ones. Now based in Nashville, I’m grateful to support clients through thoughtful, individualized care.
My Approach
I see everything through a somatic lens— which means I’m never just working on a muscle. I’m paying attention to your nervous system, your patterns, your history in the body. That perspective came from my own experience with chronic pain, and it shapes every session I offer. I blend therapeutic precision with genuine presence; almost a decade of bodywork, advanced training in myofascial and neuromuscular therapy, and multiple levels of somatic therapy training that informs how I listen as much as how I touch. The goal is always a space where your body feels safe enough to actually shift.
