For clients seeking a more holistic, body-led approach to chronic jaw tension.

Jaw tension is rarely just about the jaw.

Clenching, TMJD symptoms, facial tension, headaches, and neck tightness are often connected to the nervous system, stress patterns, breathing, and the body’s protective responses over time.

My approach combines somatic awareness, neuroscience-informed bodywork, and gentle therapeutic touch to help the body shift out of chronic holding patterns without force.

Sessions May Support:

  • Jaw tension & clenching

  • TMJD discomfort

  • Teeth grinding (bruxism)

  • Facial tension

  • Stress headaches

  • Neck & shoulder tightness

  • Stress-related holding patterns

Why This Work Is Different

Rather than forcing muscles to release, I work closely by listening to the body and supporting the nervous system in creating enough safety for tension patterns to soften naturally.

Using intra-oral, and myofascial, and neuromuscular techniques, we work collaboratively with the jaw, head, neck, and surrounding tissues led by your system in real time.

The jaw is deeply connected to stress responses, breathing patterns, facial muscles, and the nervous system-which is why jaw tension often affects the entire body.

Each session is individualized and tailored to how your body responds in real time.

Support for your nervous system, space for your whole self.
